Meditaion & Mindfulness is a practice that welcomes us into the present moment, just as we are. With consistent practice, we have the ability to live and love more fully, become aware of our habitual patterns and positively transform our lives.

TONALLI STUDIO is eager to start 2017 with Meditation & Mindfulness practioner, STELLA CRUZ. Stella is an experienced and trained facilitator who conducts classes in her private residence and is now bringing her expertise to TONALLI STUDIO and her childhood neighborhood, Old Town Maravilla.

*You will have several opportunites to experience Guided Meditations

-Wear comfortable shoes
-Bring a yoga mat & comfortable pillow to sit on the floor
-Chairs will be provided for those who need them.

Every Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:00 PM (arrive at 6:15 to begin on time)
