Dr. OFELIA ESPARZA (DHL)
Ofelia is a founding member of the TONALLI STUDIO. She is a Chicana altarista born and raised in East L.A. Ofelia is a legacy artist of Self Help Graphics & Art, a National Heritage Fellow of The National Endowment of the Arts, a United States Artist Fellow and holds an honorary Doctorate from Cal State University, Los Angeles.
